The Ayot Estate

Standing in the rolling Hertfordshire countryside, the Ayot Estate forms what was the Western part of the original Brocket Estate, purchased by the First Lord Brocket in 1925.

The Ayot Estate extends to approximately 2,700 acres and is comprised of a range of woodland, farmland, residential and commercial properties, but is essentially an agricultural estate with a number of tenanted farms and its own in hand farming enterprise.
